The Fork app offered lunch time slots in the restaurant but it was a clever plot by the hotel. The lunch was in the hotel lobby bistro with a protracted menu and friendly but basic service staff which failed to clean the table of empty bottles or dishes and we needed to ask for them to be removed. Upon questioning where the SaporDivino restaurant is located we were told that it is only open for dinner. We decided to stay because the kids were running super hungry. The food was dreadful. Every course was either tasteless and excessively salty. The "part time" chef even manage to cook a fillet steak so badly that it was as tough as a shoe sole...wow.

The food was presented very nicely but the pork was dry and missed seasoning. The espresso at the end of the meal was not even from an espresso machine it literally was a pod nespresso.
