Recuperamos una de las zonas más emblemáticas de la ciudad, ocupando uno de los locales históricos del siglo pasado. Mantenemos nuestras señas de identidad, la cocina catalana y lo hacemos utilizando un formato absolutamente informal, con una gran barra donde conocer e interactuar con “nuestra” gente. Retomamos la forma más ancestral de cocinar, la brasa, así como el arte de tirar cerveza, porque bien dice la leyenda que quien bebe de Canaletes regresa a Barcelona
