9.5/10The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. The service was very good. The menu has many choices which is great. We have chosen all you can eat menu for dinner. All the food we ate were fresh and very delicious. I expected them to include at least the water inside the all you can eat menu. But other than that it was a great experience and I highly recommend this place. Thanks so much for the great food☺️

4.5/10Discount doesn’t apply to all you can eat menu and alla carte menu is overpriced. Average food quality and portions, tempura was a total disappointment, just frozen crumbed deep fried. With beer, sorbet and ayce spent €42 pp.

La nostra storia
Light Sushi, è un punto d’incontro tra la tradizione culinaria giapponese e la storia millenaria dell’Estremo Oriente.
Il ristorante è circondato dagli scaffali pieni di libri di autori orientali e oggetti artistici, offrendo un percorso alla scoperta del mondo dell’Asia orientale. Qui non si assapora solo di sushi ma anche cultura, creando un nuovo stile di vita.
Il concetto della nostra alimentazione è espresso in una semplice parola: Light. Questa parola in effetti racchiude in sé il vasto mondo della cucina nipponica: si sforza di utilizzare molti prodotti naturali ed al tempo stesso riserva alla natura un trattamento d’onore. Questo fa sì che i prodotti siano manipolati e contaminati il meno possibile, mantenendo la freschezza e la qualità della materia prima e conservandone il più possibile i principi nutritivi.
