We were in Brussels for a business meeting. Having a tight schedule to go to the airport in our way back to Spain and Italy we check in The Fork for a quick lunch. We picked Hashtag B & B as a convenient choice (and a very attractive 50% promotion) The voice turned to be wonderful! The burgers in waffle bread is really good. We all loved the choice. I only regret having to go to Brussels to try again:-)

It was a very pleasant experience. First, the food is unexpectedly good. We were hesitant to have a waffle with salty food inside but it turns out to be an amazing combination! We had 2 waffle burgers, the bestseller one and the truffle parmesan, and we absolutely loved the truffle one! We highly recommend it! The cappuccino is full of foam and served in a very cute ceramic cup. The service was good, friendly and very quick, and we felt no pressure. It was a monday yes, but we stayed just talking after the food very long without judging hurrying stares or comments. A very pretty place also in a good location, close to the metro
