Where do I start?! This is not a Japanese/sushi restaurant. It is not Japanese, it is Muslim (my wife is Muslim and I love Middle Eastern food of all kinds). The gyoza have chicken not pork...everywhere you would expect pork you find chicken. No sign of alcohol/sake in the joint. The onigiri is a big lump of rice, sesame seed encrusted, with a filling of CANNED tuna! Salmon is farmed and tasteless, all you can taste in the onigiri is a big lump of cream cheese. No sashimi because there is no fresh fish. Then, it is not a restaurant, it is a take-out joint with a few skimpy tables. When we arrived, (on time) with a reservation for four, there were no tables vacant. They had to reseat a guy...I felt bad for him. It's name should be Sushi? Whaa?

Thank you for your comment (which is full of false information). On the menu, you can clearly see that there is chicken in the gyozas because it is written « GYOZA POULET ». You are surely aware that there are different types of gyozas. We have chosen to serve chicken, scampi, and veggie gyozas. Furthermore, we are not obligated to serve alcohol. If you didn't like the onigiris, that is not a problem; it is a matter of YOUR taste. By the way, we have excellent salmon that comes directly from Norway every morning, but not everyone can have good tastes. We do serve sashimi, for your information, and it's of very high quality. You don’t need to feel bad for the person we reseated; he was sitting in a reserved spot and had no issue moving elsewhere. The name is Sushi Wa and will stay as it is, but thank you for the suggestion. To conclude, I do not believe that a person’s religion or origin has any importance when it comes to dining. Was that perhaps your real issue with our restaurant?
