Quaint water facing location with a fantastic view of the nightly fireworks display. The diners were mostly Italian which is a good sign. Being right at the harbor they are heavily seafood oriented so those not wanting seafood will struggle finding chicken and beef as their alternatives. The amouse bouche was fantastic and confirmed our choice of venue for the evening. We shared a lobster noche and a tomato fusilli which were both very tasty. Finally I had a salt baked sea bream which was fresh, light and just slightly carrying a salt flavor after deboning. Desserts were varied and delicious

The service and exceptional food! We seek out octopus near and far and believe that the polpo served by Il Gozzo with a delicate fish roe cream was the best we've ever had! Tender and slightly charred - incredible! The insalata di pomodoro, ripe and sweet! We both selected whole fish, one encased in sea salt - which I have had many multiple times - Il Gozzo's was superb! A lovely evening, with a location and service up to par. Thank you!

What an all-around heavy-hitting knockout meal! The service was incredible as we ordered a-la-carte and it was paced to perfection. The staff is so friendly and you feel like you are at home. My date and I very much enjoyed the Tuna tartare to start, followed by the homemade gnocchi with Lobster, and finished with trying Amberjack filet for the first time in a lemon butter sauce. We were told the chef changed the fish of the day to this Amberjack as a fisherman brought a 10 kilo bad boy into the marina at 7PM the previous night (the marina and beach are about 10 steps from the restaurant). Truly an exceptional experience and night out, finished with the tiramisu table-side that was awesome to no surprise. 10/10 will be coming back next time in Italy!

Ate here tonight with 6 people. Mario the manager was Top Shelf! Risotto was outstanding. Gnocchi was great. Rockfish was great. We would all go back again.
