Unfortunately, they were not expecting us as per our booking through Fork. However, I think this may be partly due to the booking system with Fork as we found most of the restaurants in Sorrento are only just preparing to open at 6.30. This was rectified and we soon had our table overlooking the sea as requested once the 'boss' arrived. I loved my meal (pasta vongole) but my friend didn't enjoy hers purely because she discovered that she couldn't get fish without a sauce so ordered a shellfish dish which confirmed her view that she did not like shell fish. Her fault not the restaurant's. However she loved her pudding. We were given complimentary limoncello ss they realised she did not like her main - gracie

We had a great meal, food was fresh, tasty, authentic. staff were relaxed and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Owner was an amazing young woman. Very familial atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to all. Will definitely come back on next trip. Siobhán & Rob (Ireland🇮🇪) ❤️

Fantastic dinner! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we made a reservation based on reviews. Incredible appetizer, main dishes of lobster linguine and seafood risotto, house wine, limoncello, and desserts. You can sit on their covered patio right by the beach. Wonderful dinner and staff were great!

Very simple and very overpriced food. The clams were in a greasy, old moisture and the tuna was overcooked and the baby squid was extremely chewy.

We came all the way from Alaska to have a wonderful seaside meal at Il Monazzero di Teresina! The service stood out the most - I only wish I had learned the woman's name! Fun, lively, gracious and attentive to our every need. We started with delicious light local wine. We shared the meals family-style - sea bass, ravioli carbonara, lobster with homemade fettucine, fresh shrimp and calamari... all just wonderful. We finished with a limoncello. Recommend this beachside eatery with fresh seafood and pasta. Inside or outside service.

It wasn’t what we expected after reading other reviews. My wife ordered paccheri with calamari and the dish came with only six pieces of pasta and the calamari was cut in little pieces. No where near the value we paid for dinner.

Our dinner at Il Monazzero di Teresina did not really live up to all the glowing reviews. The food was good, but not great. Our appetizers (bruschetta, tuna tartar and prosciutto melone) were good, with tuna tartar being the best. For mains, the daily fish was pretty good (seabass and red snapper), but the octopus main wasn't good at all and was very salty. The rest was just OK. Service was decent, but they forgot one of the appetizers that we ordered. Location is so-so, the view of the beach is not that nice, cars are driving by within inches of the tables and you have to take some series stairs to get to the restaurant.
