5/10The view was beautiful. We booked 30 mins before the reservation time, the restaurant had no record of our booking and sat us in the bar area. Waiter 1 seated us and gave us the snack menu and took our drinks order, another waiter then came and asked us if we could help him out and teach the newer staff member (first waiter), waiter 2 then called over waiter 1, then after an odd interaction took our order where waiter 1 wasnt involved? We asked if we could have the full lunch menu - 1:15pm reservation, and was told no this was the only one. Cocktails arrived (Hugo spritz) and were very nice. Food arrived after a little while, meal 1 (calamari) was overcooked, rubbery and bland, meal 2 (gnocchi Sorrento) was just gnocchi in a tomato sauce was very bland. No-one checked how the food was, and then plates were slow to clear. We had to go to the bar to get the bill and they were unaware of the offer at time of booking (20% off food). Wouldn't go back for food only for cocktails + view

9/10We went for dinner, the service was really good and attentive and the view amazing, with a live singer. The food was good although the spaghetti with clams could have a little bit more flavour. Def a good deal with the 20% discount, especially considering the location and ambiance.

4.5/10It all started really well but then all went horribly wrong. I booked a table for 2 earlier in the day because of the 20% discount offer on food & told a couple that we’d met the day before & they also booked later to join us. When we went in we asked if we could sit together, all good, very accommodating. Our starters were really good, but straight away they didn’t have the cheapest wine option available so had to pay €9 more per bottle, but it was nice so we accepted that, but when the main course came out mine was inedible, mixed seafood, all over cooked and hard to swallow. They seemed to be very apologetic about this and insisted I had the local fish dish instead, so I had to wait for that and it was quite nice, other meals were good but not great. But when we went to pay for the meal they didn’t want to honour the 20% off for all 4 of us and tried to charge me €9 extra for the replacement meal, they also wouldn’t let us split the bill in 2. Not a great experience & wont return.

10/10We have gone to next door Bagni Delfino for years, but have become frustrated with their pretension and lack of flexibility. Acqua Marina is our new favorite!

6/10We booked as a 2 which we receive 20% off, we saw a couple we knew at the arrival and asked if we could sit together, they then proceeded to give us only 20% discount even though we booked separately, the manager was a very very nice guy and very understanding however he left before the end of our meal, we sent one meal back as it was over cooked and he suggested that he bring the fish of the day, to which we said thank you if that’s your recommendation we will take it. Then on the bill there was no discount for the meal ordered etc, we were charged the full price . Any too restaurant would have removed the meal from the bill. Anyway over 2/4 meals were good and service was good until the Manager left

In your case, there are two reservations made with the same name and referring to the same table and time, which is why it was not possible to apply the 20% discount twice. I understand that there may have been some confusion, but the platform and our rules provide a discount per booking, not cumulative between multiple bookings related to the same group and table.
