We were surprised to learn that food would not be available until 19:30. We decided to just have drinks and go to another restaurant to eat because we were going to a show. The service at Italian Republic was excellent!

Always have a great time at this restaurant. The food is amazing, from starters to dessert, their sangria is very much worth the price and the place is super cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend!
