Our first courses were mixed — two were good, but the last was far too spicy. Before ordering, we asked the waitress if it was “very spicy” or “normal spicy.” She assured us it wasn’t spicy at all, yet it was so hot we couldn’t eat it without tears in our eyes. The main course, a meat dish, arrived completely raw and not tender. No one checked on us, and when we finally told the waitress it was inedible, she took the plates without apologizing. Later, another waitress came and instead of showing concern, she blamed us for saying it wasn’t good enough and even seemed annoyed. Only after speaking to the kitchen did she return to admit the dish was poorly prepared. By then, the experience was already ruined. Between the bad food, lack of care, and unprofessional service, this was deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this place, and I seriously question the many 5-star reviews.

Signora Carolina, apprezziamo sempre i commenti dei nostri ospiti soprattutto se sono rivolti al miglioramento delle nostre prestazioni. Ci dispiace fortemente che la vostra esperienza non abbia rispettato le aspettative. Peccato solo che, tra tutti gli aspetti menzionati (quasi come per offendere più che per consigliare) sia stata omessa la volontà da parte dello staff di ricucinare le portate “sbagliate” oltre che offrirvele come è stato fatto. Certo, questo sicuramente non avrà risolto il malcontento, tuttavia la definizione “lack of care” sicuramente non ci appartiene.

I had dinner at this beautiful restaurant last evening. It was a cold and rainy evening but it was warm and cozy inside. The service was exceptional. Our server was very knowledgeable not just about the food but the wine as well. The food was spectacular … my favorite was the Gnocchi with the Rabbit Ragu… so unforgettable! Dessert was memorable as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone especially if you have a special occasion that you are celebrating.

The whole experience was fabulous, the views are magnificent and the food amazing, front of house welcome was great and our waiter Paolo warmed up and was extremely helpful and friendly . we dined outside which was lovely, we enjoyed it so much, we went back the following week - dined inside due to windy conditions - the inside is beautifully decorated. would definitely recommend this place to anybody

The ambience was fabulous beautiful sunset great background music. The service and menu were excellent. A truly memorable evening. Throughly recommended.
