3.5/10I am not sure how this restaurant has a Michelin rating as the food was terrible and the service subpar. The Salmon sake was dry and hard, the presentation poor. Only the cooked food (chicken teriyaki) was ok but that is not why you go to a sushi place. Dessert was a disaster with ice cream tasting like cheese (was supposed to be white chocolate). Will never go again and would not recommend it at all.

7.5/10I was underwhelmed by the food. We experienced the short tasting menu and I thought it was lacking. 2 of the 6 courses served I personally was not pleased with. The fish on the first one was chewy and not soft and buttery, melting in your mouth, like it should be. And the second one was a tomato based bisque with slices of raw fish in them. The combination did not work for me personally. The last two courses were wonderful and the dessert didn't disappoint. The sommelier was only familiar with the sake selection on hand and wasn't trained in Japanese spirits, which I was surprised to hear given the 1 Michelin star rating of the restaurant. While it was not a bad experience per se, I wouldn't go back there as there are many other Michelin star options in Lisbon to explore.

5.5/10Location too busy and way too much staff which isn't really friendly. It stinks a bit like spiritus and burned bits as the spot is in the basement and no good ventilation . Food is good - not too special - but hefty overpriced. For a six course menu there are six tiny courses. We had to get something as a real dessert afterwards. Wines were good but again not worth the money. Sorry to say but we feel a bit ripped of.

7/10The sommelier was professional, attentive to requests and managed to match the wine to our requests. . The waiters were fine, mechanical service. They forgot one dish we ordered. On our previous visits the service was much better. This time we decided not to go for the tasting dinner, to experience the variety. Some of the dishes were good and some were really bad. We were surprised to find non-chewy tissues in all the tuna dishes no matter which part they used. Including the Toro. Which means that someone does not know how to extract and cut the fish meat in the right direction. Beyond that, in my humble opinion, they used Harashimo and not Haranaka. And please ... when a chef restaurant writes on the menu: "black caviar", in this type of restaurant I at least expect to get Acipenser caviar and not Sterlet caviar. Disappointing.

10/10Honestly, this was one of the best meals of my life. What you're doing there is extraordinary. The only quibble I had is that the restaurant was very quiet at lunchtime, I was on my own and shown to a mediocre table. Your table allocation needs a bit more thought. But the food and service were magnificent, and I love your restaurant. Well done.
