10/10Favourite restaurant in Lisbon. The ambience is a travel back in time… service is attentive to details as it should in a luxury establishment. Really respectful and approachable staff members. Highly recommended for lunch, dinner dates. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the food is delicious.

4/10Staff were attentive enough, but I can’t believe how this place has such high ratings. The food was certainly nothing outstanding, at best average. No atmosphere at all. We were rewarded for our celebration with a cake which was a nice touch. But the whole experience was distinctly below average, and pricey too!

9/10The food and service at Pabe were absolutely phenomenal. The servers were lovely, very helpful, and kind! The food was incredible, we had the ceviche, octopus salad, grilled sirloin Portuguese style, pork belly, and the crème brûlée. Stand outs would be the ceviche as the sirloin as well as the crème brulee! There were only 2 other tables when we dined so there wasn’t much of an atmosphere but the food and service were so good, we would absolutely come back!

10/10Best service in Lisbon! The staff was so sweet and knowledgeable and would bring little testers from the kitchen as a thank you. Had the best dinner here!! 10/10 would recommend

10/10I had high expectations, but the incredible team a Pabe exceeded them in every way. The ceviche and the house dessert were world-class dishes that I give the strongest recommendation for every diner.

7.5/10Very old school style and decor. Food was well presented and good albeit a little too salty for my taste. We also found it overpriced compared to the many other restaurants we tried in our past two weeks in Portugal.

10/10Five couples from the US dined at this restaurant, and we all thought the food and the service was excellent. The wine was “bottomless” and the châteaubriand was tasty. The ambience was cozy and welcoming and the wait staff were all attentive and responsive. It was a much more expensive meal than we had been eating in our trip so far and it was our understanding that you really don’t tip in European restaurants, so we were surprised when they requested a 10% cash tip from us, and said it was customary. My daughter-in-law is Portuguese, and was very surprised by that and said that it is not customary so we weren’t sure if it was just because we were from the US. That aside, we had a lovely evening!
