10/10very friendly staff,meat was very tasty,u get 2 rounds of meat with as much chips as you want,salad tasted very fresh, restaurant was packed which says it all. Would return.

9/10Booked with a 50% discount offer which said it was excluding set menu items. When we turned up, there was only a set menu. However, we receive the 50% discount on the set menu which made for a very very cheap meal. The food was simple but very good.

We were allowed to select our own seats, which was nice. Service was prompt, polite and friendly. We had the main steak with fries, which was served half at a time. This would have been better if our steaks had NOT been left out to cool while we ate the first part - a cloche at least should have been used! The steak was cooked very well, but the fries were too thin and so most were overly crisp and hard. We made a mistake by selecting champagne instead of a wine we wanted; but this was quickly and politely corrected for us - thanks! The music being played was very retro, 1950's which was ... different, and a bit too loud. I would have preferred it to be more in the background to allow conversation. Over all a pleasant dinning experience in a clean and professional setting with friendly and helpful staff serving good food at an expected price point.

9/10Very unusual meal plan - choice of just chicken or beef with chips. Then when you’ve finished they bring a small piece of the meat you just ate ! Why they can’t just put it all on the first plate is what we didn’t understand ! It was delicious just strange !!

9/10Fantastic steak, the best I've had in France! And the chicken was also very good. Service was great and the setting was perfect - we had a really enjoyable meal there. The only feedback would be that they do not give enough steak per portion and only two rounds are included in the price. If they made that 3 rounds the amount would be perfect! but they did provide this when asked so very much appreciated this.
