10/10What an experience we had at dinner! Four hours of delicious food and wine pairing. With a couple of courses thrown in on top of the five course menu, plus cheese, it ended up being so much food. The wine pairings were interesting and worked well with the dishes. The chefs pushed the envelope and every bite was a treat. Especially interesting was the ocean flavors of the scallop course. My favorite was the venison course. Amazing and attentive service, even as we were the first and one of the final tables left, in the evening. The dining area is beautiful and the tables are spaced out to allow for conversation without feeling empty. A wonderful time at Le Millenaire.

9.5/10One of the best meals we've ever had. We did the 7 course blind tasting but I feel like we got at least 10 courses. The food was absolutely incredible. The service was top-notch. It was not inexpensive but if you're looking for a world-class culinary experience, you won't be disappointed. By contrast, we went to another Michelin starred restaurant in the area the following night, and there was absolutely no comparison.

9.5/10The service was superb and the food excellent. Particularly outstanding were an absurdly refreshing all-tomato dish to start and a fine piece of cod with a sauce that included hints of strawberry…so summer! The staff were wonderful, speaking French to me even though I struggle (I asked them to do it so I could practice). It was a very fine evening. Only two complaints to keep “ambience” at four stars: (1) start the AC before you open—it seems they wait till the place begins to fill, which can make diners in the first hour feel discriminated against; (2) do NOT ask for a tip—this horrible practice is creeping across the continent to no one’s benefit—if you ask for a tip where it’s not de rigueur to leave one, it’s just gauche.

10/10From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. No grumpy faces on the staff. We got the table placement we had asked for. The food and wine pairings exceeded our expectations. The staff spoke good English. The chef is a magician!

10/10We went for lunch and with 2 young kids (1 and 3 year olds).. against all odds it was such an incredible experience. The food was just incredible and the staff made our experience even more enjoyable, even took the girls to the kitchen to meet the chefs :) they loved it. The restaurant has a fairly priced kids menu at 28 euro which my daughters loved (they had cod and mash potatoes and green beans as a main and then sorbet). Highly recommend!
