Sammy greeted me warmly, & despite my haphazard French was able to converse easily in English to explain the menu du jour. As I requested, it was a leisurely served 3-course meal with emphasis on French delicacies including an entre of frogs legs braised in garlic + other aromatic spices., & plat focused on beef. Friends joined me for desserts, The homemade chocolate cake with warm mousse center is not to be missed!!

Food was good but booked thru the fork and my reservation time had an ‘offer’ aka discount for 20% off a la carte items. It specifically stated a la carte. However, when the bill came, we were told that the offer DID NOT include a la carte and the discount was only if we ordered a dessert along with the a la carte item. The food was good but next time I book a restaurant with an offer, probably wise to confirm the offer as this establishment doesn’t seem to honor what’s advertised on the fork.

A beautiful, small and cozy restaurant that is excellent for lunch or dinner. One chef and the owner - that's it. They do an excellent job, and speaking English is no problem. We love this restaurant!

As others have said - hidden gem. Friendly attentive service - seems like a husband & wife team. Loved the fact that seemed like local customers were all known to them & greeted as such. Limited menu but freshly cooked in front of us. Just wish I had ordered the Cote de Bouef it looked amazing! However the Burger , Scallop risotto & both versions of Tarte au fines and Tatin were very good! Definately worth a visit!

We have gone may times to auberge du roi gradlon and have always enjoyed our dinner. The host/owner is always friendly an enthusiastic, the food is always delicious and the restaurant itself is charming and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Trilogy of tomatoes with burrata featured ripe tomatoes, tasty burrata and a balsamic glaze that contained a hint of truffle oil. Salmon was cooked to perfection and served with a creamy risotto. Wok vegetables were crisp and flavorful. Pineapple dessert was delicious. Service was superb!

Not too many items on the menu, which is a good sign ! Filet de bœuf amazing as well as the other main dishes and the deserts. ( Too bad the portion of appetizers is microscopic, that would be the only negative point)
