Fabulous Flemish comfort food, great value: kir, sausage , salade de Gesier, Beer, Beef Carbonard, Dame Blanche. All for€32! Had extra drinks and coffee too. Very authentic Flemish decor

The restaurant was very accommodating. We were a large group and despite running 30 minutes late they kept our booking. The food and drink was enjoyed by the whole party.

This is an unpretentious restaurant, full of character. The food is hearty and tasty, and there is a great selection of beers. Good friendly service too. We will definitely return!

Friendly welcome and good service. Food was no-frills, wholesome regional cuisine which was very tasty. I had the assiette selection and my wife had the Flanders chicken. Great selection of beers - the draught Houthakker pale ale can be recommended. Worth a visit.

A little difficult to find due to road works right outside but a local directed us with no problem. It's a great little bistro. very welcoming. friendly service. I had the burger which was home made and lovely, It came with a large side order of chips,. very filling. All in all a good place to eat.

I was worried about the bad reviews on different platforms but still decided to go. It was excellent! The decor was original, the service was attentive and the food...oh the food....exquisite! We ordered a mini-welsch, a l'estaminet flamand plate ( a mix of eveything) and a carbonnade flammande. The Welsch was decadent and probably the best I've had. The portions we're generous. The price we're incredibly fair. The Drinks were also fair priced and there was a good (actually big) array of choices. The dessert wasn't spectacular but it was good. Would recommend 10-10, and we would come back whenever we return to Dunkirk :)
