10/10This was an amazing no-BS experience. We were told about the butcher shops in the area that turn into restaurants in the evening and didn’t quite believe it. But this is a true butcher shop - that, when darkness falls, let you point in the counter and decide what meat the butcher should cook for you… The man himself took time to explain the concept and the various meat types to us Danes who never saw this before. He was kind and thorough. We went with his recommendations, and had a filet of a huge steak, some Bolletini, some meat roll and more - and all was SO delicious. The best, however, was the setting: a small corner outside the shop with a few tables; the nicest people to serve us the great meal, while Italian city life happened all around us. No tourist in sight except at our table. What an evening.

10/10Fantastic authentic experience amazing food and amazing people. The steaks were fantastic followed by a meat platter chosen fresh from the counter. We are going back.

10/10We have recently moved to Puglia and finding such a fantastic restaurant only a few miles from us is great .choosing the meat you want from the incredibile choice on offer then go upstairs to a cosy restaurant with barrel vaulted ceiling. So we went with classic Italian bombetta ( there are many different fillings ) steak and salsiccia sausage , served with jacket potatoes and fried potato. The food arrives on sizzling skillets and is amazing we had a local primitivo to accompany our meal . Honestly try this place they are lovely people doing an amazing job we will definitely be going back

9/10Great place for a good steak, wine and local atmosphere. Really liked chosing my own meat downstairs and then they cook it for you. They were also good with small kids
