Elegant setting, very attentive service. Food and wine were delicious. My only criticism would be, that Ienjoyethe fuller flavours of the Melanzane Ripiene if it had been served at room temperature rather than chilled.

The best of Puglia is all represented here. a beautifully renovated masseria, warm and welcoming service creative, yet local cuisine. Well priced, especially for this quality!

In the restaurant was too cold. Not proper windows or doors. Meat was tenaciously and without flavour. Service strange. Extremly smelly toilet.

Thank you for visiting our facility. We sincerely apologize for the cold temperature in the dining room. However, I would like to note that when the owner inquired if everything was satisfactory, you responded with “Everything is okay.” During the meal, the meat was served to multiple tables, and we received only compliments regarding its flavor and quality. Notably, your plates returned empty, indicating a positive dining experience. We believe that a rating of 2/10 doesn't accurately reflect the dedication and effort of our employees, who consistently strive to provide high-quality service to our guests. While the majority of our reviews are positive, we occasionally encounter negative feedback that lacks respect for our team's hard work. Constructive criticism is always welcome and appreciated, as it helps us improve; however, this review feels more like an unwarranted attack on our efforts. what a gorgeous place. The chef adapted the menu to our vegan diet, made us some incredible "strascicate" with artichokes and tomatoes, and an antipasti of fava beans cream and chicory, all topnotch. The service was too fantastic. Will be back !
