6/10The menu presented online is not the menu presented at table, so arcane Italian terms on the new menu go untranslated unless you have internet. And the menu presented at table is not the food actually delivered. For instance, fruit salad with ice cream is served without the ice cream. Food quality and service are uneven. We had an excellent black garlic risotto, but the tripe parmigiana was bland and unseasoned. The restaurant appeared to be short-handed, with the two waiters constantly rushing to and from kitchen. The wait time between courses was sometimes close to a half hour.

10/10We were for a family dinner and we loved the ambiance, the service was fast and the waiter and the waitress were quite nice. The food was great. Parma Tripe was delicous and Tortelli was awsome.

9/10It was extremely hot outside, so it was nice to be in a airconditioned place. Nice friendly an skilled service. Food, absolutely perfect. I had de meatballs and my husband the auberginegratin. But the environent had no charm, whatsoever. Strange lightning and old fashion furnitures. But food, fantastic.

8.5/10I have to do it like this although we had a great great time. The rabbit wasn’t the way it should be the other guys were very happy. The Parma ham was superb Michael such a nice guy we would come back

6.5/10Very good location inside Mercure hotel. Spacious but cold atmosphere. Service ok but main course arrived after long waiting time and not warm enough. Food average. Cheap with 50% Fork discount however we shall not go back.

Good Italian restaurant with very nice staff that even though the majority did not speak a lot of English, they made sure to call the most fluent person to explain us everything.
