The food was fabulous. Our service was top notch. We really appreciated our waitress conversing in English, explaining everything in detail We would go back without any hesitation for dinner or lunch. The variety of wines was exceptional.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. Our server was extremely helpful and friendly. We were presented with beautiful dishes, with a complimentary pre-starter of cold watermelon soup with purple flower garnish, along with beautiful savoury parmesan biscuits in the shape of salamanders and a small dollop of tapenade. My starter was a lovely round, colourful stack of grilled vegetables with mozarella, parma ham, and pesto. Our main course was a sort of fish salad topped with a savoury biscuit and shaved fennel - also topped with small edible flowers. We were brought a complimentary dessert of blackberry compote, blueberry fool, and a financier. The wine was delicious, the food was tasty and fresh, and the service was phenomenal. Thank you for accommodating our requests, telling us about the train times back to Paris, and for an overall special evening! It was fantastic.

This little restaurant is a jewel in the midst of the busy central street of Fontainebleau. The food was nicely presented, the wine list good, and the service aws excellent. We could take our dog which is always very nice from the part of the restaurant.

This restaurant is a gem. Very interesting dishes, michelan quality but fair pricing! Great atmosphere and deco, highly recommended. They give preentrees and small sweets for desert on the house, the cheese is absolutely wonderful. One dish I didn't like was the ravioli, weird combination of filling and sauce

A true jewel and worth taking the short walk down the main street and away from the touristic cluster of restaurants in the shadow of the chateau. The menus change and are very ambitious, with a use of seasonal products.
