The ambiance was pleasant, with a charming Italian-inspired style. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by poor hospitality from the host, although the waitress provided excellent communication and service. Our drinks arrived on time, but the food took 1 hour and 15 minutes to be served. We had ordered a pizza and the chef’s recommendation. When the food finally arrived, the pizza was not the one we had ordered. It was sent back, and the correct pizza was brought a few minutes later. To make up for the mistake, the waitress kindly offered us complimentary drinks. While the service from the waitress was appreciated, the long wait and order mix-up turned what should have been an enjoyable evening at a well-regarded and stylish restaurant into a disappointing dining experience.
