Everything is remarkable.

We had a somewhat odd experience. The restaurant was incredibly formal, and we were a group of 7 from US. It took several tries for them to explain the tasting menu. There weren’t really options to choose something else. The food was very good, with a few misses. The dinner took forever - nearly 4 hours. The view was spectacular. Would be a great date spot, as a group we felt out of place. Our young waiter was charming.

Best restaurant in Luberon by a mile. Great food, great service and beautiful setting!
3.5
Service miserable not only for a Michelin-starred place boasting main courses for EUR100+ and tasting menus near EUR200, but also for “regular places”. Staff couldn’t remember that we didn’t speak French during the entire night. They also stopped serving us when new guests arrived to seat them - they were clearly more important (that’s how we felt). The food is a matter of taste but we were not impressed with that either. The fact that the vegetarian menu features fish is a joke, too. To laugh at the guest when they ask for alcohol-free wine in 2024 is similarly out of place - in our opinion.

Fantastic exploration of Provençal cuisine with the chef’s very personal touch. Incredible views (go early for best seats) with wonderful service from the moment you arrive on the grounds until you’re walking to the car.

From the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming, courteous, and kind. We came here to celebrate our 15thh wedding anniversary. We love the French Riviera and this year was extra special and meaningful to us. Although our French is terrible that didn't effect the way we were treated. The service was understanding and spoke the best English to keep us comfortable. Emily our waitress was just lovely. We were very fortunate to have her as our waitress for the evening. Her English was beautiful and she made us feel like we were the best guests. The tasting menu was outstanding. From all the flavors and choices to the elegant and unique presentation. Thank you for a magical evening. I adored Emily so much I had to give her a hug of thanks as we left. We will be talking about your restaurant, kindness, and experience to everyone we know.

Amazing food in a beautiful setting, staff were excellent - just the right balance of friendly and professional. Highly recommend

This is a fantastic restaurant in a beautiful town in Provence, not far from Gordes. The food is of very high quality, creatively made and I believe with mostly local ingredients (Provence menu). The service was very friendly, albeit a little slow until we asked them to hurry (perhaps they thought we were hotel guests and had a lot of time, but we had to drive back and were a bit rushed). The ambience is lovely. The take home cake was a nice touch!

Amazing location with great views and the service was impeccable! I wish I had enjoyed the food more, especially for the price because it was very expensive. I really appreciated how the entire meal was a full experience with small treats between courses that were a surprise. Overall it was a good experience!

Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful resort. Service was wonderful and the food was very good. Very creative ingredients and pairings. The presentation was beyond beautiful. More of an event than a meal.

Cuisine is good but a better knowledge of food allergies should be imperative. In a michelin starred restaurant you should expect a more adequate service.

The food was excellent, creative and beautifully presented. The problem was the service. The food was not delivered in a smooth way, Dishes were forgotten. The food was not explained well. A six course meal took 4 hrs. Some of this was maybe due to the french english barrier. I would still say it was worth the price. Another explanation for the slow service was the restaurant allowed the table of 6 to choose both tasting menu and a la carte. Again the food was excellent and the service just needs a bit of an upgrade. Our main server was friendly, helpful, humorous and made a big effort.

Friendly staff but food quality not worthy of a Michelin star - lacking in both creativity and taste. Disappointing experience

Excellent time all around. From the first treats through the 4-courses. All were really creative and delicious. Great sauces and great local ingredients. Steven was excellent and the entire meal was as good as any ever. Thank you

We chose the 6-course menu (vs 7 course) and it took almost 1.5 hours for our first course to arrive. The first three courses were very disappointing and the last three were “ok.” Two of the six courses were cod-based and two were dessert. Our total dining experience lasted almost four hours and we kept wondering if we could just leave. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Food is probably the best one star I have been..but can also be explained by one of the highest cost.....more than some 2 stars as far as a gastromic menu is concerned. Although server said chef will meet us later, he never did. Pity as we wanted to know his influence on the food preparation. All in all it was great.
