10/10We went to Harpers 15 for the first time on New Year’s Eve 2024 and had an amazing prix fix dinner. The food was great and the staff were very accommodating. I look forward to going back the next time we are in Paris!

8/10We really enjoyed our reasonably priced 'brunch' at Harper's, even though the food could have been a little warmer! Relaxed but attentive service and a good selection on the 'brunch' menu. Our small pichets of house wine were expensive for the quality of the wine and I would have preferred to have seen a glass of wine included in the set price. A great community atmosphere in the restaurant.

10/10Although we booked it last minute, we were warmly greeted and ended up surprised by the quality of the dishes for an overall reasonable price. The menu seemed limited at first but actually caters to all tastes - we were four with completely different appetites and food restrictions and everyone was satisfied. Lastly, the waiter could speak English very well, which definitely made the experience smoother.
