5.5/10Good food but majorly overpriced. Surly service even for Parisian standards. You’re better off getting a sandwich at the snack bar across the atrium.

7.5/10The restaurant is well designed, modern and roomy and the tables are at a nice distance. The food is of high quality and the service is informal and friendly. However our evening was to a large extent spoiled by a DJ who was playing loud music in the entry hall of the museum. Altough the staff gave us a table at the back it was very annoying. No advance warning was given to us of this party.

10/10Eating dinner at Le Frank is a great way to commence an evening visit at the Fondation Louis Vuitton before seeing such large exhibitions as the current Collection Morokov. Excellent food and pleasant staff in an impressive setting. I was surprised though when ordering a Kir, that they could not provide one using Creme de Cassis !

10/10Dining surrounded by art…such a wonderful experience! We savoured the tempura shrimp, beautifully served with quinao. Service was very professional and friendly.

7.5/10We have been going to Le Frank ever since it opened in the Fundacion Louis Vuitton. The food has always been extraordinary the service welcoming and efficient, and when we asked for a check it was there with the credit card machine in a snap. But things have really changed since it has reopened after the Covid pandemic. The food is still good but not as good as I remembered,The service is mediocre, and one Hass to stand in a long line at the bar to pay their check. This is absolutely unacceptable and we will not return as long as this is the case. This is an upscale restaurant and an upscale venue end it should remain so with the prices being as upscale as ever if not more! 2.5/10It took forever for anyone to come to us with even a menu, although the restaurant was hardly full! We were very hungry and thirsty after a nightmare journey - we had planned to take the FLV bus which never arrived, after which we spent 45 minutes trying to get a taxi, so we were very keen to order drinks and think about what food we might eat, so it was disappointing to wait so long. Eventually our wine order was taken, but no wine arrived. It transpired that our choice was out of stock, but no one told us. The menu was disappointingly limited. When the food arrived our disappointment levels went ballistic. It was just so awful - like airline food but at top restaurant prices. I was super-embarrassed to have dragged my friends all the way out to Le Frank in expensive Taxis to eat such awful food. And with the gallery closing and then closed the atmosphere was zero.

5/10Slick dining room design. However, disappointing food. I ordered the chicken and although the flavours were good, it was not fully cooked inside! Offered a new plate straight away. But when I asked for it to be cancelled, I was told I would still need to pay because I 'ate half of it' (the thinner cooked half, before I discovered it was raw in the thicker part). Managed to get it cancelled after negotiation. Staff were applogetic, but the service was clumsy throughout. I did enjoy the cheesecake though - that was not bad at all. Overall experience and price spent does not reflect the luxury dining experience it purports to be. I would recommend you spend this amount of money for dinner elsewhere.

5.5/10The food was very disappointing, it was not freshly prepared (maincourse) not even warm enough, the starter was like something I could have prepared myself, so easy. Only the dessert was really good and original. We received 2 mini glasses of wine, Some tables almost got a double portion, depending in the waiter who served them. A very sad experience.
