Table had been reserved and the manager was polite and helpful. Poor ambience - gloomy decor, with an odour of damp. Plastic flowers and plants didn't help .The starter was relatively good but the main course felt more like fast food: basic and reliant on tons of mayonnaise. The restaurant remained practically empty and we weren't sorry to leave. Disappointing evening.

Tourist trap, beware! That was one of the worst food experience at France that i ve ever had. First time with my wife we couldnt eat even the half of the dishes. Meat was raw, duck uneatable. The best thing was potato chips - seriously? I clearly dont get from where those good reviews come.

I am afraid the food here was very poor. The steak was inedible. We didn’t eat it. It didn’t taste like it was beef. It tasted livery and was incredibly tough.

Small nice place, very kind service. Good lunch menu and desserts. I would recommend babá with rum.

The restaurant was quaint, service attentive and the food better than the two Michelin guide restaurants we also visited while in Paris. So sad it was our last night or we’d be back!!! Lamb and salmon. Delicious!!

It was very quiet the evening we went. PSG/aArsenal and the eve before Ascension when most Parisians go away to “faire le pont” ( make a 5day weekend). Nonetheless we had a splendid meal with good wine and excellent service. We enjoyed the sensible bistro type fare: gravad lax, lamb shank and duck confit with crème caramel and very good apple tart to follow. Fair priced wine as well. Recommended!

+1The proprietor Franc was very warm and helpful, clearly loves and takes pride in his work. The menu, although limited at first glance, was excellent. Service was quick. I could see this a place frequented by the locals.

Food was delicious. Duck confit is my new favorite. Host was a delight and friendly . Definitely a good option if you are staying in the area.

It feels like a neighborhood bistro that happens to have exceptional food. Most of the customers are locals which is always a good sign. We were left alone to enjoy our wine and chat for as long as we wanted before ordering our food. One of us had three courses, the other two, and we had a bottle of wine, all for £77.

It was beyond amazing. The food is top notch, the service by Franc is just the best and I love it so much, I came last time I was in Paris and it was on my list to go as soon as I have just come back this time. You won’t be disappointed. I had the confit duck which I dream about when I’m not here!
