Food and portions were great. Desert was okay, not great. The really good stuff is in the beginning. Poor drink menu really, expensive.

I really enjoyed the “surprise” seven course lunch in which I did not know what dishes were coming in advance ( I chose that option before the meal)…. each dish had vibrant flavors and contrasts of texture flavor, tartness and richness, and the contrasts were what made the meal very special. All the elements of classic French cuisine were there in terms of the care with the sauces and the quality of the ingredients….for example the perfectly prepared duck breast. But also modern touches like foams and creative use of caviar. But the element of surprise was paramount I would love to return for the 11 course dinner.

Fine dining, strongly influenced by the culinary developments in Spain. Small bites, beautifully crafted with eye for detail. More a food experience than a social event in a rather clean and modern setting. Very expensive.

Good experience overall with some discoveries. Maybe (it is my feeling), some dishes are just hot enough, the lamb for instance.

The service was excellent. The foods were mostly good except the abalone - it was just too chewy unfortunately.
