This restaurant is the product of a love story between an Argentinian and someone from the village, and was able to survive despite opening just before the pandemic through solidarity of the locals who valued having a bar in the village again. Three rooms with three different ambiances, this bar-restaurant has a decor and menu that lovelingly matches old Valasain tradition and products with the riches of the village's newfound Latino diversity. Simple, tasty, cosy, friendly.
