A fabulous restaurant with a menu full of delicious, beautifully presented dishes inspired by famous works of art. The warm welcome and excellent service made the entire experience truly exceptional.

We were there for the Chasse menu (in mid October). It was outstanding. The quality of the meat combined with the cooking and presentation made this meal memorable. We will certainly return.

Very creative cooking. Each dish is a work of art. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and gave excellent suggestions for wine. It was our first time at Cafe Suisse which now one of our favorites.

We tried the menu découverte valaisan and it was a brand new discovery of typical suisse ingredients on another level. So tasty and well presented! Absolutely worth the trip!

This is overhyped. I had been looking forward to eating here for a while now and finally got around to it. I left disappointed, unimpressed, and wondering how this is a 1 star Michelin restaurant. It's not bad, don't get me wrong, but there are countless other 1 star Michelin that are just so superior to this. The food was good, but not great. The service was pleasant but nothing more. Considering the extreme price, I'm afraid that, in my opinion, the star is not justified.

A most amazing experience. The chef creates dishes with unusual combinations of tastes and textures that go so well together it is likely you will have a culinary epiphany; you may be at a loss for words as you sit across your dining partner trying to describe what you just sensed. She is a very creative and daring chef; but dapper too with a fine aesthetic expression,. The aged beef entrecote was better than many Wagyus I have tasted. The staff are attentive, helpful, and very efficient. The ambiance was warm with a décor that is different and distinctive; not pompous but modern and elegant. Well with the visit and very deserving of a Michelin star.
