On Saturday they organise live music evening, I've decided to enjoy that ... Arriving I was amazed to see how the black dressed lady ignored me (her customer) after attracting her attention she invited to my table. She served my peanuts with the rose glass I orded , immediately I noticed that in the peanuts recipient a used toothpick with lipstick was placed!!! What a discussing feeling... I immediately called her showing he the toothpick, was shocked as she seemed to be indifferent to such a major failure! Useless to say that my meal was ruined and an uncomfort of non hygiene respect of that restaurant. I pass on the slow service and the fact that the server ask me if I want a desert and it took him 10min to bring the menu, he just forgot... I still give 2 stars due to the fact that good was good (hope that I won't be sick tomorrow)

Very dissatisfied with the service that was given, throughout the meal we weren't checked up upon regularly enough - the food we ordered took about an hour to come out as the waitress mixed the orders up with the table behind us, and served our food to them instead. In the mean time we got given complimentary peanuts and stale tortilla chips.. The burger asked for medium Rare came out well done. Seeing this restaurant is part of a hotel I don't really think it is up to par for a 4 star property. Lots of things to work on including communication with staff, attentiveness and awareness of their customers! All the best x
