10/10Our party of four enjoyed a spectacular six course Christmas lunch. The atmosphere was elegant cozy and the staff was friendly and warm. Every course was exquisite with a decent interval between. I would highly recommend 3 Bornes!

5/10I will not go again to the place mainly for their "Cold" service - read till the end. Food quality: Fresh ingredients (Coquilles St. Jaques, Mushroom soup), well presented. Food quantity: bit small but may be it is a la mode these days in such restaurants offering innovative cuisine. Choices: Very less options for Vegans and Vegetarians. Good thing is that they offered some adaptations but still limited. No tea (only offer Tisanes/ infusions not exactly Teas but the menu says "Teas") Dessert (Soufflé with Pears and Chocolates): I will give a Poor rating - very sugary. Ambiance: overall good but very cold. Heating was not sufficient. Service: It was nice at the beginning but started to become pretentious as perhaps we didn't order as they expected (owing to our (me+1) dietary limitations or asked questions to clarify the ingredients). This was evident in how they showed us the bathroom during bill clearance or while saying bye.

Wonderful service complements the wonderful food. Between two of us we tried six dishes (plus the starter) and two desserts. Everything was excellent, as was the timing between each dish. In addition, because I mentioned in the booking that this was a birthday celebration, they put a candle on the relevant dessert. Such a nice touch. Highly recommend.

9.5/10we were a group of five. All of us tried each other’s dishes and there was no weak dish among the 10 we had which disappointed us. It was a really fabulous meal and we will be returning.

9.5/10I really enjoyed my meal. I went for the tasting menù, which allows you to choose between the dishes offered in their menù. The nice thing is that everyone at the table can choose what they want so no need to have exactly the same. Food was well presented.

+1This restaurant felt like you were visiting family to have a great meal. It is a very unassuming place that has a very relaxed atmosphere. I believe that we were the only tourists dining there that night. The food was fantastic and the service was perfect. We ordered the langoustine starter and the steak with mushrooms main course. They were both excellent.

10/10We arrived late in Paris on a Tuesday evening with no reservations, we got a table booked through the fork app based on the reviews and proximity to our hotel. It was very quiet when we arrived and we enjoyed the setting of an old traditional building and a relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the food which was prepared to a very high standard using techniques you would expect with much more expensive ingredients and restaurants. It was also great that they were willing to alter the menu to suit allergens with my wife being a coeliac. The service was great and we felt welcomed and relaxed. The value for money was excellent and based on this alone I would definitely recommend a visit! We opted for the 5 course taster menu and being able to choose 3 courses from a larger list of the options available (similar to a tapas style) was great - we particularly enjoyed the white asparagus and the Haddock Croustillant!

7/10We came for New Year’s Eve. The food was delicious, well prepared and elegantly plated. The menu was elevated but not pretentious, and arrived in a timely manner. Our favorite courses were the steak which was tender and flavorful, the entree scallop ravioli with caviar, and the dessert course which was a wonderful hazelnut bombe. Unfortunately the experience was diminished by the poor service. Our server was very sweet but seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed. There was poor communication between the server and the sommelier and we never got any clarity regarding the wine pairing option. The water pitcher was dysfunctional and spilled everywhere (not the server’s fault). Overall we would give them another chance to see if the service improves given the quality of the food.

4/10The food was excellent, and the service was very kind. However, the coordination was disappointing, especially for an important occasion like New Year’s Eve. The entire dinner lasted over three hours, which significantly affected the overall experience. Guests with 9 PM reservations had to wait in long queues indoors to escape the freezing weather, creating a chaotic atmosphere. For the price charged, a smoother and more organized rhythm is expected. Unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations.
