Disappointing experience for a special occasion We were truly disappointed by our experience at this restaurant, especially since we had chosen it to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations in several ways: We were served cocktails we never ordered. Then came an appetizer we hadn’t requested. The main course included pork, despite us clearly stating that we do not eat meat. Just as we were starting our aperitif, the staff began pressuring us to place our food orders. These repeated mistakes made us feel unheard and rushed. To make matters worse, after 10 PM, we were asked to hurry because the kitchen had closed — even though our reservation was for 9:30 PM and we were still waiting for our final guest to arrive. This kind of service is not what one expects from a restaurant of this standing. It ruined what should have been a joyful celebration. We were hoping for a refined and attentive experience, but sadly, it was neither.

We arrived a little early for our 20:00 table and had a cocktail. The dining room was partly full but a separate party was outside. After being seated we waited for 15 minutes to get a menu. After another 15 minutes we had only received some water and while looking around saw that hardly anyone but the outside party had been served food. As we had a table that could see into the kitchen, you could tell that it was pandemonium. As no one came to take our order and dinner was unlikely to ever arrive in our lifetime, after 30+ minutes we left.
