Our culinary journey commenced with the Entrecote of old beef with chimichurri sauce, a dish that was a triumph of flavors, perfectly cooked to accentuate the meat's rich texture. The chimichurri sauce added a zesty, herby dimension that elevated the dish to new heights. We savored the GHI style hamburger accompanied by French fries, a classic comfort dish executed with a gourmet twist. The burger was juicy and flavorful, nestled in a perfectly toasted bun, with fries that were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The GHI Bowl was another highlight, featuring marinated free-range chicken paired with rice and vegetables. My friend and I went to do afternoon tea and the experience was lovely! The restaurant itself is beautiful and the presentation of the tiered food and tea was just what we imagined. A great deal for the price and the wait staff (Borja, Dee, and a few others whose names we didn’t manage to get) were so sweet and attentive. Will definitely be back in the future!
