We had the Pleasure menu with wine pairings. Food was flavoursome & well presented. The right amounts of each of the components, to deliver a balanced plate of complementary elements. The selected wines were well matched with each of the dishes. The Chef’s partner, Julie, was attentive and provided informed insights into the ingredients & pairings, as each course was presented. With a cold Mistrel blowing outside we bathed in good food & wine. Highly recommended.
