Mano is an incredible restaurant. We stayed in Sirmione for a week and although we like trying different restaurants, we had to visit Mano at least twice. The food is absolutely delicious, and the cocktails are also fantastic. On our second visit we decided to pick things that we didn’t try on the first visit and unsurprisingly, everything was yet again delicious. The staff were outstanding on both occasions and they went above and beyond for us, we felt valued. They advised us on the menu and suggested how much food we’d need. When the food arrived they explained each dish in detail, all of them were polite and helpful and they even wiped the table between dishes when we covered it with bread. I honestly can’t fault this restaurant, if I had to say something negative, then it’d be that there isn’t a Mano near to where we live (in the UK). If we ever return to Sirmione then we will 100% visit Mano again, I recommend anyone that’s staying in Sirmione to pay this restaurant a visit.

OMG!!! When I say I am a 60 year old foodie not given to textspeak you may grasp how amazing Mano is. The food was truly superb - interesting and unusual flavour combinations but they all worked. Beautiful quality of ingredients too, and amazing attention to detail. Choosing a favourite of the 8 dishes we tried and shared (see below) would be as pernicious as choosing your favourite child. I am still stunned by how incredibly much better the food is here than anything else you can get in Sirmione. As one of the other reviews I read said, the two chefs here are surely gunning for a Michelin star. An extensive, well-chosen and humorously annotated wine list was very well-priced I thought. The overall bill for the quality of what we are and drank was unbelievably low. If I had one quibble, it was that the sharing starter courses (all works of art in their own right) were actually not that easy to share (but that didn’t stop us! - we also couldn’t resist sharing our main courses). Fab!

Outstanding food and service. Fusion style share plates and substantial main courses. The chef personally describes what’s in the dishes. The must try dish was the canelone filled with shredded oxtail meat and topped with two different sauces and shaved truffles. Having previously eaten in Michelin restaurants, I can truly say this little gem of a restaurant deserves similar accolades!

We have traveled all over the World and are true foodies. Mano is by far out best food-experience in Italy. This place will soon be a Michellin restaurant!! Keep in mind, this is not tradional italian food, but a fusion of italy, spanish and asian. Perfect combinations and compositions.
