Every moment from walking through the door to leaving was perfect. Such genuinely friendly staff who made us feel welcome and were incredibly attentive. The food blew us away: Steak Tartar that was fresh, sweet and sumptuous. Lobster bisque exceptional, as were the langoustine entrees. Our main courses elevated our experience further, beef cheeks with artichokes; multiple layers of flavour so sweet, delicate and melt in the mouth. Miso black cod cooked to perfection, tender-stem brocoli and puréed potato, utterly divine. Marmitón exceeded every expectation, we will return.

We were specifically looking for a wonderful meal and an environment that was cozy and intimate, and we found the perfect place. Our server was fantastic and provided wonderful recommendations. The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for and definitely will return.

Restaurant was a fabulous experience, food was exceptional in particular the lobster starter, visited with my husband and daughter and will definitely visit on my next trip to Madrid, good value for exceptional food, waiter was very friendly and accommodating

Very good food, tasty. A lot of attention in plates presentation, colors and mise en scène when served . All these plates were paired with wine.. and trust me, it was done with surprisingly very good wine. Would recommend !

This is maybe the best meal I’ve had in Madrid. The food was, in a word, flawless. I’m quite critical and eat at a lot of nice restaurants, so that isn’t something that I toss around easily. Kudos to the chef and team. I will most definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

The restaurant is small and a little crowded, but the décor has its own style and traditional design. The waiters were very friendly and helpful, and they explained each dish to us before served it. We ordered Steak tartar, Bogavante, Cochinillo and Pato, all of which were delicious. My personal favorites were the Bogavante, which was very creamy and flavorful, and the Pato, which had a lightly charred skin and very tender meat. Before we finished, we also ordered the Lemon pie and Flan de cabra, both of which had very original flavors. It's a lovely little bistro! Ideal for small gatherings with friends and family, the atmosphere is very intimate!
