We would 100% recommend Masseria San Paolo Grande to anyone visiting Puglia. It was by far the best restaurant experience we had during our apulian trip. The food was incredible — fresh, organic, full of flavour — and you could really taste the love behind it. The produce straight from their garden made all the difference. The team? Absolutely lovely. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Thank you for such a beautiful welcome — we’ll definitely be back!

We spent one evening at Masseria San Paolo Grande — and it was enough to fall in love. The place has a truly magical feel: peaceful, beautifully kept, and surrounded by nature. The food was probably some of the best we’ve ever had in Italy. Be sure to explore the daily specials — ours was spaghetti with scampi and it was absolutely delicious!! Everything is organic and freshly harvested right on the estate. You can really taste the quality — simple ingredients full of flavor. The bread baked in their old wood-fired oven was unforgettable: rustic, fragrant, and comforting. Of course, you do need to appreciate things like whole ancient grains and unrefined flours to truly enjoy what they offer — but if that’s your thing, you’re in for a treat. The service was excellent: warm, discreet, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you for everything. We’ll definitely be back!

While the staff was super welcoming and gave us a tour of the masseria before lunch, the lunch itself was disappointing. The room was very hot (maybe the AC wasn't on?) the plates were chipped and despite being half empty, the service was non-attentive and the food was not memorable. Even though they showed us where the bread was being cooked, we had to ask for bread. We so wanted to love it, but it just wasn't special in any way.
