I just had dinner at Meat Market in Valencia with my son, and it was honestly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. I’ve eaten at top steakhouses globally, and this place stands out. The quality of the meat was exceptional, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Every detail — from the food to the atmosphere — was on point. What really made the night special was the service. Francisco and Julius Caesar were incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. If you’re in Valencia, do not miss this place. I would absolutely come back — even plan a trip around it.

Very nige Restaurant. Food was very good and the host named Julius Cesar was quite enthusiastic and humorous. However at some points we felt kind of without service and had to go look for the waitress. Nevertheless the food and it’s presentation was very good and overall experience was worth the money. So please go and check it out.

A return visit with friends and we had a fabulous evening- pre Valentine on Feb 13. Gildas to start and "frisona steak" to share, complimented with a smooth, yet full bodied 100% Tempranillo. We 100% recommend this restaurant if you are a steak lover.

Precisamente por eso nos gustaría entender con exactitud qué ocurrió en su caso. Hemos intentado localizarle para hablarlo directamente, pero no nos ha sido posible y, al revisar la información disponible, no hemos encontrado una reserva asociada a su nombre que nos permita identificar la visita con claridad. Si pudiera contactarnos en privado, se lo agradeceríamos mucho: con la fecha y hora aproximadas, número de comensales y el canal de reserva (TheFork/web/teléfono) podremos revisarlo internamente y darle una respuesta adecuada. AMAZING! Dining here was an amazing experience. From the service to the food. In the beginning the waiter explains the concept of the restaurant, how they get the meat, aging process. Then, they give you some minutes for you to decide which type of meat you will go for. I have been to several restaurants of this type, in multiple countries and I have to say this was by far the best so far! the taste of the meat was out of this world: full of flavor, tender, just the right amount of fat. Halfway through your meal, they offer some eggs that were fried in the leftover fat of your meat. it was a really nice addition to the meal. We finished our dinner with cheesecake and tarte tatin. Both were big portions and all delicous! when back to Valencia, I will for sure come back to this restaurant!

Great service, very accommodating. Nice atmosphere. The steak was great and very flavorful. I must say I expected that the side dishes coming with the steak will be a bit bigger. Two small potatoes and a couple of lettuce leaves with onion for €175 steak... I think it could be improved. That being said, the steak was fantastic .

Start to finish, this is a 10/10 restaurant. The quality of the food is next level and the service is perfect. This is my 2nd visit (Despite living in the UK) and I'll 100% be back when in Valencia.
