4.5/10I ordered a T-bone steak, specifically requesting approximately 900g, but what arrived was a disappointing assemblage of mismatched cuts that bore no resemblance to a proper T-bone. When I pointed out this glaring error and explicitly requested they prepare my steak as a single, uncut piece, they failed to deliver once again. The menu promised a premium 55-day dry-aged T-bone – a claim that was clearly false based on the texture, color, and lack of the characteristic nutty, concentrated flavor that proper dry-aging produces. This was at best a standard wet-aged steak masquerading as something far superior. To compound these errors, my specifically requested garlic sauce was substituted with mushroom sauce without any consultation or apology. The "deluxe wedges" were nothing more than oversized, bland potato chunks – completely unseasoned, lacking even a trace of salt, let alone any herbs or spices that might justify the "deluxe" designation.

We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations, though we feel your review doesn’t reflect what actually happened. You were first served a 900g T-bone, pre-sliced for convenience as we normally do. After your complaint, we showed you the whole piece and prepared a new one, discarding a perfectly good steak. The fillet part had separated slightly from the bone during cooking — something that can naturally happen with dry-aged cuts, but it was still part of the same T-bone. Our steaks are dry-aged for 55 days with full traceability; the flavor profile may vary, but the product is authentic. Regarding the sauce, our team asked multiple times if everything was okay — and you confirmed it was. As for the wedges, we prepare them fresh and thick-cut, though we’re sorry they weren’t to your liking. We always welcome feedback, but we believe this review is unfair and doesn’t reflect the effort we made to accommodate your requests.

10/10Fantastic meal here, we chose the Tomahawk steak with grilled vegetables as a side, the steak was cooked perfectly for us and the grilled vegetables were perfect also. Our waiter was very attentive and professional and we would highly recommend and we will come back again. Having tried all the top rated steak restaurants in valencia this one for me was the best.

10/10We had a wonderful family lunch! The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked steak and great sides. What really made our experience special was our waiter, Enzo. He was incredibly helpful, charming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, our experience was slightly impacted by another waiter who seemed bothered by our 1.5-year-old sitting on the floor near my chair. While we understand the need for space, we were seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant (their choice), which meant a lot of traffic around us. Given that we had two small children, a more family-friendly seating arrangement might have been better. That said, the overall experience was great, thanks to the amazing food and Enzo’s exceptional service. We’d definitely return!

9/10Good steak (good value with Fork discount). Steak undercooked for how it was requested. The service started off very slow (we finally went up and got our own menus) but then the food arrived quickly. I think it's worth going when there's a discount.
