10/10We often ear there in big group twice a month. We love the place and the service is also great. We’re already familiar with the staff: Mateo, Balker and Margaret. They’re definitely in our favourite list ❤️

7/10I had expected that some meals would be general continental and not only Greek, given that it is located in an international city, Geneva. But the service was excellent as well as the ambiance of the restaurant.

8/10The food was delicious and quite interesting .. We had an awkward table which my son had to keep moving his chair to allow for towels to be taken out oh the cupboard. Waiters including our own walked past us several times, and we noticed that a popular table who came in after us got served long before we did. I had to stop another waiter to ask for water as our waiter was gone 20 min and actually never brought the water I asked for. Not sure if not asking if we wanted dessert or coffee or a second glass of wine is normal at Medusa but we would’ve actually considered having .. I still tipped about 9% because that’s just who I am and because there were two other waiters (not our own) who were nice and noticed we weren’t really receiving the best service. I loved the decor and the atmosphere seemed cool but the service was less than desirable. I’m actually going back next week with a friend and hope it’ll be different. I also hope it’s not because we were paying -50% with the fork app

10/10ambience was great, the food was excellent and service was fast and superb. I highly recommend the restaurant. I was there for lunch and certainly plan to for a dinner there soon!!! I'm sure the dinner ambience will be breathtaking.

6.5/10Food was good BUT shockingly OVERPRICED. 55FRS for a piece of fish (turbo OK but still!) without any starter or dessert and for a "plat du jour" is insane. It was my second time (1st was a treat) but I do not think I would go back.

9/10The food was delicious! However, I was disappointed when my main was just a skewer of calamari without any sides for the CHF 40 dish. The meats seem to be full dishes but not the seafood? Otherwise, the atmosphere and service was excellent, and all the tapas were very memorable.

Just to clarify, the dish is actually priced at CHF 35, not CHF 40, and it features a very fresh, premium-quality product that we prepare simply to let the flavor speak for itself. Unlike some of our meat dishes that include sides, certain seafood options are served on their own to maintain a more refined and focused presentation — but your comment is noted, and we’ll reflect on how to better communicate that.
