We were so excited to try Peruvian food in Spain! We are world travelers and love Peruvian food. The yellow huancaina sauce was very disappointing, it was lacking flavor and I happened to order it mixed with the noodles and lomo saltado. The yellow sauce ruined my dish! Unfortunately I didn’t eat it. For appetizers we ordered the causa limeña it was salty but edible, it almost seemed like the tried salting the avocados as it was being assembled but over salted half of it. The other half was ok. The presentation on the dishes was nice. Another appetizer we ordered was the langostinos over bolas de causa. It came with no sauce and when we asked for a sauce unfortunately we got more of the huancaina sauce that wasn’t good. Overall I wasted my good earn money there. It was disappointing.
