7.5/10Very nice lunch in historic Pisa - food was pretty tasty, service was very attentive … it is a wee bit of a tourist trap, and they did serve a 1l bottle of water to a single traveller which was a little cheeky. Lunch menu had good options - I had the fish polpette and a pasta with wild boar ragù which was very tasty. It would have been a bit pricey without the fork discount

10/10With so many places to eat here, this one stands out a mile! Lovely location, fabulous food, great service. We came here last year on our first visit to Pisa and it was our first stop for food on this years visit. Highly recommended!

10/10What a very special place! Food is delicious, the best we had during our entire 5 day stay in Pisa. Wonderful ambience, and the people were so friendly. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant

10/10We had told the restaurant ahead of time that this would be our first dinner on our first vacation in Italy, and they did not disappoint! They brought out celebratory glasses of Prosecco (on the house) and recommended us to share the wild boar pappardelle and the bistecca Fiorentina. Both were absolute delights. The boar was rich and flavorful on a nice al dente pasta, and the steak was massive and perfectly cooked. They capped it off with a send-off of limoncello (also on the house). We couldn’t have hoped for a better welcome dinner in a more inviting and personable place. We felt like pampered guests but also like old friends.
