4.5/10Firstly, I object to being refused a glass of water and being forced to buy bottled water. Our bill without the water was €84 so it’s not as if we weren’t spending enough. Because of this we had one drink each and then went elsewhere for more drinks afterwards. My cocktail was forgotten- no big deal. The 'sharing’ starter of 3 bits of fried plantain were no bigger than a slice of lemon. Terrible value at €13 and just about enough for 1 person. Next, I asked for fries without Parmesan because I’m vegetarian. They came with Parmesan and the portion without arrived only after I had to ask. I asked for rice without egg. It couldn’t be done because it’s already cooked. Fair enough, but I wasn’t told until after I asked where the rice was. My eggplant main course was disgusting. My husband’s corn cob was cremated. Lastly, I glanced into the kitchen to see the chef tasting something and putting the spoon back into it. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
