10/10We had 1 pizza, 1 pasta and 1 risotto and everyone loved their meal. Great service. We had a nice time, will definitely go back.

10/10Everything was top notch. authentic - all staff Italian! We loved the proactive-ness of the waiter with his suggestions (not just the specials etc)! DEF recommend ànd we will be back !

5/10We booked at 9:30 PM, but at 9:20 they called to hurry us up because the kitchen closes at 9:45 PM (so I wonder why they'd make a reservation for 9:30?). Once we got there, we ordered in less than a minute. The appetizer was fine, but the main course was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT: the pasta was unsalted! Meanwhile, the chef was clearly visible from the kitchen, giving us a nasty look. After pointing out to the waiter that the pasta was unsalted, he offered to remake it, but out of politeness with the kitchen closed, we declined. Meanwhile, we saw them inform the chef, and instead of apologizing or anything else, he seemed almost satisfied. The dessert was good. They also charged me for unsalted pasta that wasn't eaten, with a simple €4 discount on a €130 bill. The only positive note was the kindness of the wait staff, which unfortunately couldn't make up for the hefty bill, given that they left on empty stomachs. A terrible experience, one we will never repeat.

We are of course sorry to hear about your experience but let us clarify something… from our records your reservation was for 21.15. As our standard procedure, we call all our guests that have booked after 2100hrs and that are late to remind that our kitchen receives last order by 21.45 and closes by 2200. We kindly do this no to rush you out but to genuinely inform you that, if you are late, you won’t have enough time so enjoy our food and the whole experience with Osteria Bella Ciao. Furthermore, we are extremely sorry about the unsalted pasta, we could it make it again but it was your understandable choice to refuse a new dish. Probably a bit of bad luck and bad timing. 10/10I returned once again to Osteria Bella Ciao I visit from time to time, and once again, it did not disappoint—on the contrary, it exceeded expectations. From the moment you step in, you can feel the devotion to both the atmosphere and the cuisine. There’s a quiet elegance in the way the dining room is cared for, and an unmistakable authenticity in every dish. We started with a delicate tuna tartare, accompanied by a selection of mixed bruschette—each bite full of balanced, fresh flavors. Then came the pasta: perfectly al dente linguine alle vongole and rich, flavorful tagliolini al nero di seppia with tender octopus. Every plate told a story. To close the evening, we shared a tiramisù and panna cotta—both classic, both flawless. A place where you don’t just eat—you feel the food, the care, and the soul behind it. I’ll be back, as always.
