3/10I am employed in the hospitality sector, and I have never encountered such subpar service from beginning to end. The proprietor referred to me as a "liar" after my order was incorrectly taken, and I waited for my main course for two hours. Additionally, the waiters were extremely rude. My Mai Tai was unpalatable, and the servers pretended to be unable to comprehend Italian or English when asked if they had butter. In general, it was an extremely negative experience, and it is important to mention that it was a Mother's Day gift. I would never return
