We've booked on valentines day and we learned that the restaurant can't handle having the house full. They took some time to give us the menus to tells us we could only ask for All you can eat menu, both me and several couple there booked because we would get 30% discount a lá carte, but we were forced just the all you can eat option. We indulged because we would get any other place to have dinner at those hours. The owners and table waiters didn't speak a hint of Portuguese making it dificult, we then waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our food and their management was so bad that they served people that had come after us and another couple first. We choose not to repeat since we had already been there for almost 3 hours. I got the bill and asked for the discount since we were forced to pick all you can eat and they took more then an hour to serve us, the owner refused and didn't care about our complaints. It's two less costumers for them.

We were there for lunch with two children and they insisted that our reservation for three ( the other was a baby) was for a table of two!! If the restaurant was full I would tolerate but it was almost empty. And it made the experience awful. They insisted the other one eat in a different plate and when the table space was not enough they removed the plate causing the children to cry till we demanded the plate back. One of the worst service we experienced. Not coming back.

Average sushi and sashimi in an almost empty restaurant located in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff was very awkward, first they said we could have AYCE, a minute later they said we couldn’t. Then they were writing down our requests from the a la carts menu but changed their minds and left a pen and a piece of paper and asked us to write ourselves. There are much better options in the area.

Everything was great! Food, noise and service. I would however have loved to hear some background music or something. We were the only ones inside the restaurant and the silence felt a little uncomfortable at times if we weren't constantly speaking to each other.

we were the only ones in the restaurant, employee was constantly on her phone, watching loud videos and on video calls. the food was ok but everything was so awkward. definitely not coming back…

Very good quality, excellent service, very kind people. ideal for couples and friends. Food above the average quality of sushi's in lisbon.
