Eaten at restaurant many times in the past with no issues. Extremely disappointing this time - service was poor, order was wrong, menu for allergens was incorrect (persons in group had severe allergies) 2 meals provided for a table of 4 were inedible, when complaints were made to staff,, the response being nothing could be done as manager was not on site - very poor will not be going back

The food (when it finally arrived) was very nice. They were obviously having staffing issues when we visited. Had to wait over an hour for the food to arrive, after initially waiting almost half an hour for our orders to be taken. Like I say, the food was good when it arrived but we won’t be returning.

From start to end this was awful. The service, food and the attitude of the waiter was appalling. When we told him he was rude, he just agreed but didn’t apologise nor stop being rude.

Can’t fault the food but waiting over an hour to get one of 3 starters followed by all mains then the other 2 starters at the end which we had no idea if we were actually going get isn’t acceptable

So glad we decided to go in, food was excellent, lady who greeted us was lovely, great setting and hopefully more people the next time we visit! The servers should realise how good the food is and maybe be a bit more enthusiastic, overall a great experience, we will be back!

We have been going the original oriental garden for years and it was always fantastic, we went here last night for what we were hoping would be another great meal. How wrong we were, the service was very poor, food was absolutely terrible, when they brought the food to the table they could not tell us what each dish was ? I don’t think I have ever tasted so much MSG in food before, when we complained we got a shrug of shoulders and a blank look. Paid bill in full, but left extremely unhappy - will not be back

We visited the place three times in one. The first , the last and the only time. Very nice food but we waited more than an hour for our main course. Totally unacceptable.
