9/10+15We chose the “Current Traces” tasting menu (180€ pp). Food was fantastic until the pasta dish; however, it may just be my personal taste, so try them for yourself. The atmosphere was fabulous; we also love the design of the restaurant in general (all 3 floors). Wine paring was descent, but again refrigerated wines sometimes lose their fragrance. We love the service in general, but there was a lady with ponytail at the first floor who never smile and seemed to commanding everybody, even while I’m talking to sommelier about the wine; she somehow made the entire dining experience just a little weird. Other than that, we also love the part where we were called to the front of the kitchen to enjoy a dish in front of the chefs. Very nice dining experience overall; this is almost as good as Rome can offer.

Each dish was a masterpiece, the corn focaccia, the tomato pasta, the coliflower,, the dessert with yuzu and chamomile with a veil showcased the chef's ingenuity and flair. 10/10Amazing experience with a brilliant culinary ambassador, helping us mortals in crossing the river between fantasy and reality. The incredibly creative, fresh, innovative & unique combinations of flavors, textures and foods was simply awesome. Each bite offered a special way to experience the Orma Roma way and it was glorious. Cannot really describe the many nuances and subtleties within each of the courses but this meal ranks among the top 10 in my life. I will be back on my next trip to Rome and look forward to my next installment on the Orma Roma journey. Grazie to the team and the chef who conceived this inspiring restaurant.

10/10Excellent venue and food. I think the best Michelin starred experience that I have had in Rome. From the cocktails to the desserts, everything was perfection. We felt a little forgotten at the cocktail stage, but I think that is only because the next stage is a bite with the chef at the kitchen, which felt very personal and lovely. Overall outstanding and highly recommend to all!

6/10Unfortunately, the whole experience was amazing except the food. The tasting menu is not balanced well, all dishes have extremely strong flavor and spaghetti were over salted. I've been to many Michelin star restaurants and I don't understand how this restaurant got it star.

2/10This restaurant has very strange rituals and the chef screen every diner. Some people might think it’s nice but 8courses meal will be disappointing. The course started out fine and proceeded to get worse course by course. It’s difficult to believe this is a Michelin stared restaurant. Street vendors in Rome serve better pasta. The chef presents as a narcissist. I had dinner at a Michelin restaurant the night before and the difference was huge.
