My second time at this place was as good as the first one. All of the courses were delicios, service and atmosphere at the highest level. In particular, I would like to mention the sommelier - all of the suggested wine solutions were nearly perfect.

I don't recommend this place for the prepayment policy. You will pay 2 times, finally prepayment maybe will be canceled, but who is paying for using your money?

Exceptional restaurant. Very friendly and considerate staff. The dishes are creative and absolutely delicious. I have never got sets with each course leaving a positive impression, but Orma Roma has successfully accomplished this challenge. I definitely recommend visiting this place.

Loved everything from the decor to the food to the people and the chef. Going up to the kitchen area and having the chef share with us one of the lovely snacks was the best!!! I will definitely be back on my next visit

From the moment you walk in, you are treated like royalty! Impeccable service, surprising meet, greet and treat with the chef and the food is like visiting a museum..each course is a masterpiece! Headed back next week!

We chose the “Current Traces” tasting menu (180€ pp). Food was fantastic until the pasta dish; however, it may just be my personal taste, so try them for yourself. The atmosphere was fabulous; we also love the design of the restaurant in general (all 3 floors). Wine paring was descent, but again refrigerated wines sometimes lose their fragrance. We love the service in general, but there was a lady with ponytail at the first floor who never smile and seemed to commanding everybody, even while I’m talking to sommelier about the wine; she somehow made the entire dining experience just a little weird. Other than that, we also love the part where we were called to the front of the kitchen to enjoy a dish in front of the chefs. Very nice dining experience overall; this is almost as good as Rome can offer.

The highlight of our evening was the exclusive experience at the Chef’s Table, getting to know chef Roy Caceres and taste his food in his kitchen, understanding where he comes from was nothing short of extraordinary. Our meal began with a selection of amuse-bouches that immediately awakened our palates, hinting at the culinary journey ahead. Each dish was a masterpiece, the corn focaccia, the tomato pasta, the coliflower,, the dessert with yuzu and chamomile with a veil showcased the chef's ingenuity and flair. Flavors were layered thoughtfully, creating a symphony of tastes that surprised with every bite. The service was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, enhancing our dining experience without being intrusive. They perfectly balanced professionalism with warmth, making us feel special throughout the evening. Amazing experience with a brilliant culinary ambassador, helping us mortals in crossing the river between fantasy and reality. The incredibly creative, fresh, innovative & unique combinations of flavors, textures and foods was simply awesome. Each bite offered a special way to experience the Orma Roma way and it was glorious. Cannot really describe the many nuances and subtleties within each of the courses but this meal ranks among the top 10 in my life. I will be back on my next trip to Rome and look forward to my next installment on the Orma Roma journey. Grazie to the team and the chef who conceived this inspiring restaurant.
