This restaurant is a very well oiled machine. From start to finish the attention to detail is outstanding and the personal is very well trained. The food is excellent bright notes subtle flavors and perfect combinations. Menu was very cohesive and has a very nice progression. At the begging you even can interact with the kitchen staff and they will prepare a dish in front of you. We were lucky enough to be served by chef Roy himself and he was really nice and explained the process and composition of the dish to us in detail. The ambiance was very nice and calm the staff was moving in a very calmed manner and all tables were always tended in a very smooth way. Thank you so much Orma Roma team and Roy Chef for a great meal and a lovely night very well deserved ☆ will be back for sure.

Every dish was a work of art with subtle exquisite flavours and textures! It was lovely to meet the chef Roy Carceres in person as he grilled mussels for us as an amuse bouche!

From the moment we walked in to the second we entered the taxi, the experience was out of this world. Southamerican inspired food, the very pleasent and present waiters to the interior of the room were all a two star worthy experience. So hopefully ORMA receives rhe second star next time

There is lots of creativity in presentation. However attention should be paid to smaller details like wet wipes or towels should be available at all times as lots of food and some with sweets dressing are required to eat with hands

My second time at this place was as good as the first one. All of the courses were delicios, service and atmosphere at the highest level. In particular, I would like to mention the sommelier - all of the suggested wine solutions were nearly perfect.

I don't recommend this place for the prepayment policy. You will pay 2 times, finally prepayment maybe will be canceled, but who is paying for using your money?

Exceptional restaurant. Very friendly and considerate staff. The dishes are creative and absolutely delicious. I have never got sets with each course leaving a positive impression, but Orma Roma has successfully accomplished this challenge. I definitely recommend visiting this place.

Loved everything from the decor to the food to the people and the chef. Going up to the kitchen area and having the chef share with us one of the lovely snacks was the best!!! I will definitely be back on my next visit

Food was ok, set up is too much and confusing. I had too much bug bites on the terrace, just for the appetizer? I can’t understand.
