The tomato sauce on my husband’s lobster and pasta was outstanding. We also had some delicious tuna balls and stuffed squid appetizers suggested by our waiter/owner? which were different and delicious. However, per a previous review, be careful when you order the sea bass. I was shocked when it was 40 euros and it wasn’t anything special. We ate at some lovely places in Rome and this was the most expensive meal we had and it wasn’t the best. If you stick to things that are specifically priced on the menu, you will have a delicious meal but be careful with the items priced by the gram.

Lovely place with excellent food. We had a nice table outside with cover, which was nice when it rained. So close to where we stayed but on a pretty quiet street. Gnocchi was to die for. Extremely fresh hand-made pasta and fresh seafood dishes. Worth the stop!

Be careful when ordering, otherwise be prepared for unpleasant surprises The first time my husband and I came for lunch and booked through the system, everything was fine, except for the confusion with the order: instead of grilled fish, they brought grilled shrimp. Today we decided to repeat our experience and ordered dinner through the system. When we received the invoice, we discovered that one sea bass weighing 400 grams cost 72 euros. in fact, the owner returned the discount that we had last time

The owner is very friendly and energetic from the beginning. There’s no language barrier as he was able to explain the menu and tell us the special of the day in English fluently. The food and wine is very tasty and definitely met our expectations. There’s a pianist playing old American songs throughout the night and gave a really good vibe. The overall dining experience is superb. We will come back here when in Rome next time.

This quaint restaurant was walking distance from our hotel and was such a great find! From the piano player to the wonderful wait staff, we enjoyed our experience from beginning to end. They brought the seafood specials (with a live lobster!) to our table to choose from and my husband said his ravioli was the best he's ever had. Will definitely recommend this place for friends coming to Rome!

We were told by the waiter that we would be in for a wonderful food surprise and he was right! We started with the "Gamberoni Imperiali" and wow...then onto "Amatricana" & "Lamb Shank" and needless to say "Amazing"!
