Fortunate to have Over – Rooftop, Restaurant Mixology and Sushi perched atop our boutique hotel, Hotel Plaza Opéra. We’ve dined here on multiple stays in Palermo, and they consistently deliver. Some of the best raw fish in the city, a great cocktail and wine list, top-notch service, and panoramic rooftop views make it a standout. And you truly can’t beat the walk home.

We had requested a table outside or by the window, and they arranged it perfectly — we got to sit outside, which was wonderful. The food was excellent, and the service was good, sometimes a little slow but still absolutely fine. Upon request, they even ordered a taxi for us, which was very convenient.
