I ordered the arroz con camarón (a typical Ecuadorian dish), but it was nothing like the traditional version. On top of that, the rice was extremely salty, so I had to send it back to the kitchen. They offered me a free replacement dish as compensation, which was fair, but nothing exceptional. The service was good, but the food wasn’t great—especially if you’re looking for something authentically Ecuadorian, like what you’d find at El Ñaño. To me, it felt more like a Peruvian-style food.
